This role is responsible for handling technical specification requests, questionnaires, and forms. The Specialist will review QA Master Data and provide weekly reports. Additional projects may be assigned, such as those related to CARB. A key responsibility includes writing and completing responses for UL or BV unacceptable reports concerning quality-related issues within 10 business days or the allotted timeframe. The Specialist will also update customer specifications via web portals as requested by sales, coordinate the retrieval of quality information for customers, and communicate and coordinate changes requested by customers (e.g., component changes or special instructions). The role also involves supporting and conducting Target Inspection processes at the Distribution Center (DC) and reviewing records or inspecting retains upon request to support investigations. Projects for the QA Director may also be assigned.
