This role is responsible for handling technical specification requests, questionnaires, and forms. The Specialist will review QA Master Data and provide weekly reports. They will also undertake various projects as directed, such as those related to CARB. A key responsibility includes writing and completing responses for UL or BV unacceptable reports concerning quality-related issues within 10 business days or the allotted timeframe. The Specialist will update customer specifications via web portals as requested by sales and coordinate the retrieval of quality information (surveys, etc.) for customers. They will also communicate and coordinate changes requested by customers, such as component changes or special instructions, and support/conduct Target Inspection processes at the Distribution Center (DC). Additionally, the role involves reviewing records or inspecting retains upon request to support investigations and undertaking projects for the QA Director as assigned.
