About The Position

Project Management and Planning Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Infrastructure Management portfolio. The Project Management and Planning Specialists will consult and engage with senior leadership to provide planning and project management services across SHA. These services include; scope development, feasibility, estimating/budgeting, risk analysis, scheduling, drawing production code reviews, infection control requirements, staging, commissioning, project reporting, approvals processes and financial management/financial tracking. The Project Management and Planning Specialists are responsible for managing projects between $200,000 to $100 Million+ that facilitate the provision of quality client-centred service in accordance with the vision, mission, values and goals of the SHA. They ensure that departmental service delivery objectives as defined by standards or the business case, concerning space, spatial relationships, and equip

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience developing and leading innovative projects
  • Project Management certificate
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Interior Design
  • Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Facilities Engineering Technology
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
