About The Position

The Social Media Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns—particularly across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit—to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role also manages multi-channel performance marketing initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to maximize ROI and support business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Commerce Manager, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Reddit, Product Catalog Feed and analytics tools (e.g.creating reports).
  • Experience in conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategy into effective ad executions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma in a relevant field considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.).
  • Develop audience targeting and bidding strategies to reach and convert prospects and existing users.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing for conversion rate, cost efficiency, and overall ROI.
  • Conduct experiment testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, platform changes, and performance marketing trends.
  • Support the overall digital marketing strategy through collaboration with SEO, content, and analytics teams.
  • Identify opportunities for new growth channels and optimization techniques.
