The Netflix marketing team is growing and we’re looking for a talented Paid Social Specialist for our Integrated Marketing and Brand Partnerships line of business. This specialist will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Brand Partnerships Solutions (BPS) team and Social Leads to execute campaigns across all paid social brand partnerships programs in the UCAN region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing upper-funnel paid social campaigns optimized for awareness and engagement.
  • A strategic thinker with experience in Integrated Marketing and/or Brand Partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit & X’s ad management platforms
  • Well-versed in paid social best practices, including channel-specific creative formats as well as platform-level metrics and reporting tools
  • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and execute quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with little oversight from management
  • Strong communication skills, a proven ability to tightly coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and a proactive approach to seeking clarity and solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Comfortable with being available night/weekends as needed around campaign launch or urgent client based issues

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid partnership tools and branded content features, creator authorization, and whitelisting on social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok) is a plus
  • Experience utilizing reporting dashboards (e.g., Sprinklr) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end paid social campaign execution, including campaign set up, in-flight monitoring to ensure we meet contracted delivery goals
  • Provide mid-campaign and wrap-up reports, along with data-informed recommendations for optimizations and solutions
  • Validation of platform capabilities to achieve campaign strategy, including confirmation of targeting parameters, audience sizes and acquisition cost expectations
  • Provide regular and ad hoc social platform intelligence (ad products, placements, optimization goals, bidding models, creative specs, and policy/brand-safety constraints)
  • Be well-versed in sharing paid social campaign learnings to stakeholders, including creative recommendations to raise the bar for creative excellence
  • Work with key stakeholders at Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital partners on ways to best leverage their platforms and opportunities for campaigns
  • Understand, advocate, and embody the company’s values and team goals
