We align scope and expectations to our job architecture for consistency and transparent progression.

  • Platform fluency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; SA360 or Skai; competitive tools (Auction Insights; familiarity with Adalysis/Adthena/SpyFu).
  • Analytics: GA/GA4 and advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups); able to create clear performance narratives and basic test readouts.
  • Communication and collaboration: Clear written/verbal status updates; cross‑functional teamwork in a Pod; receptive to coaching and able to “manage up.”
  • Google Search & Shopping certifications (or completed in the first 60 days).

  • Monitor daily/weekly performance; build accurate recurring reports; run basic A/B tests with defined success criteria; maintain pacing and budgets.
  • Execute tagging and feed QA checklists; partner with Analytics to validate reads and resolve anomalies.
  • Demonstrate sound channel craft and growing cross‑channel awareness; connect measurement to growth; follow and help refine team playbooks and SOPs.
