Are you passionate about developing leaders and building programs that shape the future of an organization? The Specialist, Leadership Development is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering manager and leadership development training courses and programs that build leadership capability and support the agency’s talent strategy. This role leads the end-to-end management of strategic leadership programs including mentorship, coaching, and high-potential development. The Specialist partners closely with Talent Development, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and business leaders to deliver impactful, scalable leadership development experiences and facilitate learning for leaders and key talent.
