The Manager, Leadership Development, Growth Initiatives plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling leadership development experiences that strengthen leadership capability across the Boys & Girls Club Movement. This individual contributor role is ideal for a learning and development professional who brings a strong foundation in instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, and stakeholder collaboration, paired with a builder mindset and comfort working in evolving environments. This role supports key growth initiatives aligned to BGCA’s strategic priorities, including innovative leadership development products and experiences such as Blue Door Academy. The ideal candidate is energized by opportunities to build scalable learning experiences, create operational infrastructure, and support leaders navigating growth and change. You will partner across teams and stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences, onboarding strategies, leadership programs, and scalable systems that increase organizational capacity and strengthen leader effectiveness across the Movement.
