About The Position

Deloitte Services LP is hiring a temporary salaried Specialist Lead, Analytics & Insights for a short-term assignment with the People Analytics team, expected to run from October 2026 through May 2027. The role is remote, and recruiting ends November 6, 2026.

The position translates requirements and user stories into Figma wireframes and prototypes, applying established design systems, accessibility principles, and data visualization best practices. The Specialist Lead partners with technical teams and uses working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or other BI platforms to ensure designs are technically feasible. The role also maintains and evolves design systems and UI Kits, while working independently and coordinating with design, development, and business teams. The successful candidate will develop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting.

The People Analytics Team collaborates across People and the business to uncover data-driven insights that address business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Its teams use a holistic, client-centric mix of analytical tools and methods to identify workforce insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in dashboard design, data visualization, or UX/UI design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or a similar wireframing and prototyping tool, including creating wireframes and prototypes and using and maintaining design systems.
• Experience working with or designing for SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design, data visualization, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into dashboard wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to travel 0–10% on average, depending on the work and clients and industries/sectors served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities
