About The Position

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Reporting into the Process Owner Assembly, and in a secondary line of responsibility, the Specialist, ICC has a dotted reporting line to Unit Finance. This role administers and communicates accurate and timely customer flight and passenger data, enabling the unit to plan, produce, deliver and invoice according to customer requirements and agreements.

Requirements

  • Numeracy and literacy in local language
  • Experience in extracting information from data and pulling information together
  • Computer literacy required including Microsoft Office knowledge preferable.
  • Previous experience of working in a role where strong attention to detail and accuracy was essential.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as communication point within unit for internal and external communication with local customers
  • Receives / inputs passenger and flight data into customer's self-billing system (i.e. Air vision) as well as gg's ERP system accordingly
  • Facilitates the printing, sorting and distribution of labels / galley tags / diagrams / production documents and delivery notes
  • Provides short-term customer forecasting data where applicable (linked to reservation system)
  • Documents all unscheduled exceptional services and goods to be billed to customers (e.g. extra trip log, charters, etc.)
  • Organizes and validates documentation and transfer to billing for processing including wastage
  • Assists customer services and invoicing on data queries
  • Actively monitors the customer's systems for aircraft changes prior to departure and initiates and communicates the changes accordingly
  • Reviews, maintains and follows the airline SLA's
  • Sustains and maintains legal/compliance requirements across health and safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX (in-house operational excellence program).
  • Responsible for weekly schedules to ensure targets are met efficiently with the correct shift manning and responsible for training of new employees.
