We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist II, Credit Services Administration to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, at an Intermediate to Advanced level.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for loan administrative activities, including the review of control reports, ensuring that all documentation policy exceptions are cleared timely and open receivables are resolved
- Interface with Lenders on client onboarding, billing and loan reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Ability to interpret loan documents.
- Support credit facility loan set-up
- Responsible for monitoring loan processing activities, ensuring timely loan funding and payment processing
- Support 14Q/M Regulatory Reporting data collection and reporting related to loans
