About The Position

This role is for a Senior Specialist in Credit Services Administration, joining the Credit Services team in New York, NY. The position involves managing loan administrative activities, including reviewing control reports, ensuring timely clearance of documentation policy exceptions, and resolving open receivables. It also requires interfacing with Lenders for client onboarding, billing, loan reconciliation, and issue resolution. The specialist will support credit facility loan set-up, monitor loan processing for timely funding and payment, and assist with 14Q/M Regulatory Reporting data collection and reporting related to loans.

Requirements

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to interpret loan documents
  • Proficient in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics
  • 3-5 years of total work experience
