Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition area.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel to various locations located in but not limited to Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Monroe County.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

  • Related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and evaluates candidate applications to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for job postings.
  • Coordinates scheduling Interviews with Recruiters.
  • Completes employment reference verifications for candidates in process.
  • Submits background checks for the Statewide Central Registry (SCR) check and additional pre-employment background checks.
  • Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
