Are you looking for a broad and varied HR role that will challenge you to be a better HR professional? The HR Specialist will provide generalist HR support to our Great Lakes team including employee onboarding, benefits and compensation administration, policy interpretation, employee file maintenance, HR communications, and more. The HR Specialist will regularly interact with all levels of employees in our offices, other North America HR teams, and the Regional and Global HR teams. As a member of BCG’s Human Resources team, we will lean on you to help us develop, deploy, and retain the best talent in the market. We will work together to manage the life cycle of our BCGers and the day-to-day operations of HR.
