Reporting to the Director, HRIS, this role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys translating business needs into scalable systems, workflows, and tools that deliver measurable value. In this role, you will work at the intersection of HR technology, automation, analytics, and user experience. You will help design and deliver solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, while partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize processes, simplify the employee experience, and support smarter decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI and automation are leveraged across HR.
