The HRIS Specialist serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring the integrity, security, and optimization of employee data and HR technology platforms. This role is responsible for data maintenance, business process improvement, reporting and analytics, integration support, compliance support, and ongoing system administration across the employee lifecycle. The HRIS Specialist partners closely with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Finance, to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions that support organizational growth and a positive employee experience.
