About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an HRIS Specialist to join our growing Workday Support team! In this role, you’ll provide first-level Workday support, troubleshoot HRIS tickets, maintain data integrity, assist with reporting, support system enhancements, and help improve processes across the organization. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative problem solver with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an analytical role that requires complex problem solving
Minimum of 1 year of experience with HRIS systems required
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication
Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service
Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas
