HRIS Specialist
About The Position
Vancouver Clinic is hiring an HRIS Specialist to join our growing Workday Support team! In this role, you’ll provide first-level Workday support, troubleshoot HRIS tickets, maintain data integrity, assist with reporting, support system enhancements, and help improve processes across the organization. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative problem solver with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service. HRIS Specialist works off-site and requires an employee to have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps). Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an analytical role that requires complex problem solving
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with HRIS systems required
- Workday experience preferred
- Secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps)
