Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience summarizing complex analyses and communicating effectively to all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within required timeframes.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and SAP.
  • Familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DFARS requirements.
  • Prior interaction with DCAA and DCMA.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of incurred cost submissions, forward pricing rate proposals, and quarterly reporting.
  • Manage government rates for Power & Controls manufacturing sites that perform on FAR 15 government contracts.
  • Validate billing rates and load billing rates into SAP.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Interface with DCAA and DCMA on audits, forward pricing rates, incurred cost submissions, providing well-supported documentation and analysis.
