Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Software Development or a closely related technical discipline
  • 4+ years of professional experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
  • Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or project management for electronic components or software preferred
  • Expertise in software procurement and/or electronic component sourcing
  • Demonstrated capability in high‑stakes negotiation, particularly with monopoly suppliers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and MS Teams
  • Solid understanding of the Automotive industry, including its processes, standards, and regulatory considerations
  • Familiarity with autonomous driving technologies and connected vehicle systems
  • High integrity, professional maturity, and commitment to company values
  • Collaborative work style with a strong team orientation
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic procurement of automotive software, electronic components and LV/HV wire harness assemblies
  • Conduct detailed cost analyses, implement cost‑reduction programs, and support financial optimization initiatives
  • Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with suppliers, including those operating in monopoly markets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including Engineering, Software Development, Quality, and Program Management
  • Support projects and advancements related to autonomous driving, vehicle connectivity, and emerging automotive technologies
  • Coordinate supplier performance management, evaluate technological capabilities, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards
  • Participate in periodic travel for internal alignment, supplier meetings, and company‑related events (domestic and international)
