The Voice & Connectivity Solutions Specialist will play a key role in helping Access One scope, quote, and coordinate client solutions across traditional voice, VoIP, UCaaS, broadband, fiber, coax, and circuit-based connectivity. This role is more than order processing: it requires curiosity, problem solving, client-facing communication, and the ability to translate business needs into practical telecom and internet solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong business and technical curiosity. While deep engineering expertise is not required, the ability to understand telecommunications concepts, ask effective discovery questions, and translate client needs into practical solutions is essential.
