About The Position

Go Auto is looking for an eager, ready-to-learn individual to grow their digital marketing career to fill a database marketing and automations role. Collaborating directly with our Manager, DBM & Automations – as well as the rest of our industry-leading team that have some of the most engaging and challenging minds in the business that will push you to be the best you can be, all while having fun doing it. You will be hands-on, driving results and given all the tools to expand your digital skillset while helping the team find the best audiences, grow that audience, and influence consumers in a positive way throughout their car buying journey. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM, or a related field (including internships).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Continually learning, expanding, maintaining an even designing and creating automated customer journeys.
  • Automating current manual tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the segmentation of customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the execution of database marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, Push, In-App, direct mail, and digital advertising.
  • Help monitor and analyze campaign performance and deliverability and providing insights for optimization and future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in database marketing.
