Compensation for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in transportation or customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision and/or in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude to achieve goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement, claims adjusters, etc., and to influence business/function leaders
  • Strong organizational and investigative skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advocate and champion of the customer to fulfill, meet and exceed their expectations
  • Analyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customer agreement, and offer alternatives if necessary
  • Maintain, update and utilize account profiles to ensure that the requirements are documented and an accurate representation of the customer’s service expectations, processes and measurements
  • Establish a plan to align service partners for success
  • Review available capacity within the shipping region (if known) and schedule pickup appointments within predefined guidelines
