About The Position
As a Customer Care Specialist at RXO, you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. You will take ownership of customer needs, work internally on behalf of customers, identify the causes of problems, take appropriate steps to resolve them, respond promptly to inquiries, escalate issues appropriately, and accurately enter data for customer interactions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and other business-related applications.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- 1 year of transportation industry experience.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM technology, such as Salesforce.com.
- Ability to identify and help implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Ability to understand instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform required tasks.
Responsibilities
