About The Position

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Processing Representative to join its team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role requires working in the office four days per week. The representative processes client transactions, handles client inquiries, collaborates with internal teams, reviews transaction data for process improvements, maintains knowledge of relevant regulations and company policies, and supports efforts to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and resolving inquiries.
• Attention to detail and a focus on transaction accuracy and compliance with standards.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–5 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless transaction processing, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliant client interactions.
• Support initiatives to enhance the client experience.
