About The Position

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Processing to join its Transaction Processing team for its structured debt platform. The role is located in Lake Mary, Florida. The Specialist performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support, coordinates with other teams to ensure timely service or issue resolution, processes account transactions according to scheduled events or authenticated client instructions, and handles situations that may require tailored responses or extensive research.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• 0–3 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Work with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely service delivery or resolve issues.
• Process account-related transactions according to scheduled events or authenticated client direction.
• Manage situations that may require adapting the response or conducting extensive research based on client responses.
