About The Position

The Senior Specialist supports client processing within the Loans Enablement Operations (On Balance Sheet) team. The role handles routine and non-routine transactional and service requests accurately and on time, processes account-related transactions, coordinates with other teams to resolve issues, and researches or escalates more complex situations as needed. The position is located in Pittsburgh.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
• Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications, as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience.
• Familiarity with loan servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA.
• Experience in brokerage processing.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Interact with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely service delivery or resolution of issues.
• Process account-related transactions according to scheduled events or client-authenticated direction.
• Manage situations requiring an adapted response or extensive research based on client response, escalating more complex situations to senior colleagues.
