About The Position

We’re seeking a Specialist, Client Processing Representative II to join the Loans Enablement Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role performs client service and transactional support, provides analytics and reporting, helps improve and automate transaction processing systems, advises organizational teams on service delivery and issue resolution, and participates in product development, enhancements, and system testing for high-value transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
• Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Provide analytics and reporting services.
• Work to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
• Advise organizational units and teams to support timely service delivery or issue resolution.
