About The Position

We’re looking for an autonomous self-starter with outstanding organizational and program management skills – a strategic thinker who’s also a natural collaborator. As a Client Account Manager (CAM) in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Industry, you’ll work with senior leaders on some of our most important accounts – helping our teams build relationships, win projects and deliver work.

  • 4+ years of experience in project management

  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating financial analysis, reporting, opportunity tracking, and internal account reporting to support account performance and delivery excellence
  • Supporting account strategy execution, leadership meetings, relationship assessment activities, and targeted client programs that advance account plan objectives
  • Developing, tailoring, and coordinating account materials, content, and events in support of account leaders, pursuits, proposals, and client relationship strategy
  • Managing cross-functional account operations, including risk and compliance coordination, procurement support, contract management activities, onboarding and offboarding support, and team communications
  • Analyzing market, client, and competitive intelligence and identifying process improvement or automation opportunities that support profitable account growth and efficient delivery
