The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Ametros by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while working alongside our Business Development Managers. The primary responsibility will be Qualifying and generating leads, build and maintain strong relationships with Worker Comp Attorneys, Brokers and Adjusters. The position works closely with the Business Development managers, Account Executives, Marketing and Sales Ops teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Ideally, looking for candidates in the Texas area.
