About The Position

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - Bid Management to coordinate the end-to-end bid process and support the preparation and submission of accurate, timely proposals. The role works with internal teams to gather bid information, contribute to bid strategy and pricing, ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and track bid progress and outcomes. It also supports continuous improvement of bid management practices. This is a remote, regular, day-shift position. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible. The approximate annual base compensation range is $55,000 to $68,500; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Sales, or a master’s degree in Marketing.
Proficient English language ability at C2 level.
Skills in commercial modeling, data tools, data visualization, deal management, insight generation, project management, risk management, and structuring deals.

Nice To Haves

Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) certification from the International Institute for Procurement and Market Research (IIPMR).
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
Review bid documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, operations, and other internal stakeholders to gather and consolidate information required for bids.
Contribute to bid strategies and assist in preparing pricing proposals in line with business objectives.
Track, monitor, and report on bid progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout the bid process.
Identify opportunities to streamline bid management practices and enhance efficiency.
