About The Position

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, is the largest team sporting goods equipment and apparel distributor in the United States with over 50 years of experience. Our mission is to save coaches and administrators time by providing excellent service platforms, allowing them more time to impact young lives. The Varsity Spirit Production/Warehouse team is seeking a Pick and Pack Specialist to join their distribution team.

Requirements

• Great attention to detail with focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Great attitude and coachability
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to read/speak English
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis
• Lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of previous packing experience

Responsibilities

• Packing orders accurately and quickly
• Reading packing slips, folding clothes, organizing clothes by size, color, and sku
• Neatly packing orders in bags/boxes to ship
• Maintain and clean, organized, and safe working environment
