Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Specialist, Account Manager, responsible for territory sales, margin growth & customer satisfaction for customers in the Myrtle Beach, SC territory. This role involves prospecting, building, and maintaining customer relationships, achieving or exceeding sales objectives, and serving as a technical sales consultant. The position is responsible for both territory sales and margin growth, retaining and renewing current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction via the MFA program, and managing account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities. It also includes conducting sales planners and needs assessments, assisting with customer concern resolution, partnering with the branch business development sales team, communicating competitive feedback, and utilizing Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
