The Specialist 2, NS, Quality Control ensures the district and vendors are in compliance with state and federal regulations regarding various food safety and regulatory documents and permits, problem resolution, food safety training, kitchen inspections and investigations, record retention, and document distribution pertaining to kitchen permits, waivers, certifications, and documents to ensure compliance with city and state Health Codes.
