About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Special Response Security Officer to identify potential threats by monitoring security systems in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The role requires sharp observation, attention to detail, concentration, and the ability to respond quickly to incidents. Officers may work at a variety of locations and posts and must have open availability to pick up a variety of shifts due to call-offs or openings. The position is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and Olive Branch, Mississippi. A Tennessee security license and a valid driver's license are required; applicants must be at least 21 years old. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Have strong report-writing skills.
- Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
- Have strong proficiency with technology.
- Hold a state security license if required; a Tennessee security license is required for this position.
- Have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
- Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
