About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Special Response/Flex Security Guard in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This casual response role varies by day and special event, with duties that may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The position is full-time, with a schedule that varies according to coverage needs. Candidates must be available for first, second, or third shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requirements

• Have open availability for first, second, and third shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hold a valid Tennessee Security License.
• Hold a valid Tennessee driver's license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
