About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Special Response/Flex Security Officer. Duties and assignments vary by day and special event, requiring the officer to adapt across customer service, patrol, and surveillance work. The role is based in Vacaville, California, and requires availability Monday through Sunday for day/swing, swing/grave, and grave shifts. The hourly wage is $18.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass an extensive motor vehicle check.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and complete an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
