About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Special Response/Flex Security Officer for sites in Omaha, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Iowa. This casual response role varies by day and special event, requiring the officer to adapt among customer service, patrol, surveillance, and other security duties. The schedule is full-time and on-call, with availability required for all hours, including overnight shifts, overtime, and holidays. The position pays $21.65 per hour. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Be available to work overtime and holidays.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa security license; GardaWorld will help obtain it.
