About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Special Response / Flex Security Officer for a driving post in Sunrise, Florida. The role focuses on customer service and building connections with visitors while maintaining the safety and security of people and property. Officers may work in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Full-time and part-time flex schedules are available; officers can choose from available schedule openings. The position pays $18.54 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a Florida Class D license.
• Be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
