About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time, on-call Special Response/Flex Security Officer serving sites in Omaha, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Iowa. The work varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, surveillance, and responding to incidents. Officers must be available to work all hours, including overnights, overtime, and holidays. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work overtime and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa security license; GardaWorld will help obtain it.
• Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
