About The Position

The Special Projects Lead helps keep the Goodyear park running smoothly by supporting a variety of park projects and maintaining clean, safe, guest-ready spaces. The role involves a mix of hands-on tasks, including project assistance, cleaning, event setup and breakdown, restocking, and supporting team members during busy periods.

Requirements

• Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with park projects, including setups, repairs, resets, and improvements.
• Keep attractions, play areas, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Set up and break down for events, parties, and promotions.
• Restock supplies and keep storage areas neat.
• Support other team members during busy times.
