This is an unpaid volunteer position for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact through a flexible, virtual role. The intern will gain hands-on experience while supporting ARO’s mission to help victims of abuse. The role involves collaborating with a global community of advocates and offers opportunities for leadership, mentoring, and professional development. Volunteers are expected to be available for at least 10 hours per week, including a minimum of 2 logged hours daily, for at least 6 months. Responsibilities include completing training modules, actively engaging with company social media, working independently and collaboratively to meet remote project deadlines, and supporting monthly fundraising initiatives. Reliable technology, attendance at company and department meetings, and consistent professionalism are required. Volunteers are also asked to actively engage with the organization's social media platforms by liking, sharing, or commenting on posts to help spread awareness.
