About The Position

Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that. Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive. This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale. We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life. If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth marketing, growth product, or product-led growth roles, with experience also leading product or partnership launches.
  • Operator experience in a $50M+ ARR environment (SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth product company), ideally with SMB or operator-facing products.
  • Proven cross-functional execution with engineering and product. You think in terms of product surfaces, not just campaigns, and you can write briefs engineers can build from.
  • Concrete track record of shipping growth experiments — activation lifts, conversion improvements, upsell motions — with results you can speak to.
  • Experience leading at least one significant GTM launch (product or partnership) end-to-end.
  • Strong technical fluency. Comfortable in SQL, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and modern growth tooling. You can pull your own data and design your own tests.
  • Strong product and commercial instincts. You're comfortable pushing back on Product about positioning and on BD about partnership terms when the math doesn't work.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment where the scope of the role will shift across quarters.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with PLG motions in SMB software, lifecycle marketing, or co-marketing with strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering on product-led growth. Help shape onboarding, activation, in-product nudges, and lifecycle triggers that get restaurant operators to value faster and keep them there.
  • Own Otter's upsell and cross-sell motion across the product suite (order aggregation, virtual brands, analytics, and more). Identify the highest-leverage expansion opportunities, partner with eng/product to build the surfaces and signals, and run the campaigns that drive cross-product adoption.
  • Drive funnel and conversion improvements across the customer journey — signup, activation, and expansion. Write hypotheses, scope experiments with PMs and engineers, and read results honestly.
  • Lead GTM for new partnership launches. Define positioning, target segments, launch sequencing, and success metrics. Coordinate Product, BD, Sales, Brand, and Lifecycle so each launch lands coherently.
  • Build the 0-to-1 motion for each partnership launch: positioning, messaging, launch plan, sales enablement, website surfaces, lifecycle campaigns, and measurement framework.
  • Develop a quantitative experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses, prioritization, and a cadence that compounds learning.
  • Build the measurement infrastructure that gives leadership confidence in growth decisions — funnel reporting, cohort analysis, and experiment readouts using GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake.
  • Identify and lead other high-leverage special projects outside the standard roadmap — segment expansions, pricing/packaging changes, and anything else leadership wants pushed hard for a quarter or two.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Brand, and Sales for full-funnel alignment, without owning paid acquisition day-to-day.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to Otter's leadership on growth strategy, PLG vs sales-assisted motions, and how to sequence product and partnership bets.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (multiple plans, incl. HSA options).
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance (short- and long-term).
  • Voluntary insurance: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity.
  • Optional supplemental life insurance for self, spouse, and children.
  • Pet insurance discount.
  • 401(k).
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter)
  • Discretionary vacation days
  • 8 paid holidays per year
  • Paid sick time
  • Paid Bereavement leave
  • Paid Parental Leave
