Special Order Parts Associate

About The Position

The Special Order Parts Associate coordinates special part orders with manufacturers and follows up to ensure parts arrive as quickly as possible. The role reviews service logs to identify customer units on the lot whose parts have arrived, helps organize and manage parts shelves, and participates in daily service meetings. The associate communicates regularly with service managers, advisors, the special order parts team, and manufacturers; confirms parts are charged to work orders before they are placed in customer units; checks that orders are correct and undamaged; and coordinates returns with manufacturers when applicable. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate thoroughly and effectively.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or wholesale parts experience, preferably in the automotive or RV parts industry.
Familiarity with Bridgespeak software.

Responsibilities
