About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Special Order Coordinator for the Design Collective Resource Center (DCRC). This role is responsible for ensuring sample product availability to support the sales team, sales process, and other internal and external customers. The coordinator will manage sample product availability and delivery, including checking products in and out of the DCRC, shipping to meet sales and customer requirements, and returning product to the DCRC. This position also involves placing Purchase Orders (PO) as necessary to maintain sample product availability and meet customer needs. A high service level is expected, including proactive communication with sales and merchandising teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 1 year of Customer Service experience

• Prior packing and order shipping experience

Responsibilities

• Ensuring sample product availability to support the sales team and sales process, as well as other internal and external customers.
• Managing sample product availability and delivery, including checking products in and out of the DCRC, shipping to meet sales and customer requirements, and returning product to the DCRC.
• Placing Purchase Orders (PO) as necessary to maintain availability of sample products and meet customer needs.
• Maintaining a high service level including proactive communication with sales and merchandising.
• Reviewing the daily Open Order Report, with a primary focus on E-Commerce accounts.
• Collaborating with Production to ensure orders are completed before they become late.
• Coordinating with the Shipping department to prevent delays in order dispatch.
• Investigating and addressing any late orders, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Partnering with the Sales Team to monitor and discuss fluctuations in current performance.
