SPECIAL OPERATIONS TEAM (THHM) - SPECIAL OPERATIONS PHYSICIAN
About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking an experienced hospitalist medical director to serve as a traveling physician leader across the Southeastern United States. This is a 100% administrative, non-clinical leadership role supporting TeamHealth hospital medicine programs across 11 states. The physician will provide operational and physician leadership where needed most. The role allows the physician to live anywhere in the U.S. and travel to sites, with licensure, credentialing, travel, lodging, and expenses covered. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Compensation includes a medical director stipend, quality incentives, a retention bonus, and a sign-on bonus. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide operational and physician leadership to hospital medicine programs across multiple markets.
- Travel to sites across the Southeastern United States to support TeamHealth hospital medicine programs.
- Lead and support programs across 11 states.
