About The Position
24 Hour Home Care is seeking an empathetic and attentive caregiver with a passion for supporting children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) in their homes. This role involves following individualized client care plans and providing periodic progress updates to the care team. Services provided are non-medical and may include personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience
- Proof of a negative TB test is required in accordance with Regional Center regulations (requirements may vary by location).
- Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s)

- Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired)
