About The Position

24 Hour Home Care is a trusted in-home care company committed to making a positive impact in people's lives every day. For more than 15 years, it has delivered high-quality and personalized caregiving services to people of all ages and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team. Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Services provided are non-medical.

Requirements

Great communication skills
Problem solving skills
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired)
Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience
Proof of a negative TB test is required in accordance with Regional Center regulations (requirements may vary by location).
Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s)
