Under the direction of the Supervisor of Special Events, the incumbent is responsible for working with the Supervisor and Manager on the overall execution and implantation of events and tournaments, as well as overseeing inventory, and on call staff scheduling. Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain an on-going schedule of promotions, and special events.
  • Assist the Supervisor and Manager to create and coordinate all decor requirements for themed parties, promotions, sponsorships, and special events.
  • Determine staffing needs and work schedules necessary to implement special events by overseeing the On-call scheduling
  • Oversee and maintain on site inventory
  • Oversee the gift requests from other departments as well as inventory returns from Unity Players Club monthly
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
  • Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
  • Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
