The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for contributing to fundraising activities related to the Joan & Alan Bernikow JCC, the Lucille & Jay Chazanoff Sunrise Day Camp, and Hillel of Staten Island. The Fundraising/Special Events Department produces multiple major events per year. This position is responsible for working on these events as well as other fundraising campaigns. The Special Events Coordinator should be familiar with all JCC programs, embrace the agency’s mission, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems. The chosen candidate will focus on donor needs and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
